The coin locks first
Before you send a cent, the seller's crypto moves into escrow. Neither side can touch it.
- Step 2
You pay them directly
Bank transfer, Wise, Zelle, whatever you agreed. The money goes to their account, never through us.
- Step 3
They release, you have it
The seller confirms the money landed and the coin is yours. If they stall, a moderator steps in.
Once you mark a trade paid it can never be cancelled, only released or disputed. That rule exists because your money has already left your account, and no timer should be able to hand the coin back to the seller after that.
